Ranchi News: Cable stay bridge over Harmu river ready, engineers inspected;
Ranchi News: One side of the cable stay bridge has been completed in the Sirmatoli-Mecon flyover. A cable stay bridge has been built over the Harmu river near the existing overbridge.
Ranchi. One side of the cable stay bridge has been completed in the Sirmatoli-Mecon flyover. A cable stay bridge has been built over the Harmu river near the existing overbridge. It was inspected by Ranchi Executive Engineer Vinod Kachhap with the L&T team on Tuesday. Its construction has been completed successfully. The team of engineers climbed over the flyover from Mecon and crossed the cable stay bridge to reach Nivaranpur. That is, the flyover is completely ready from Mecon Chowk to just before the track of Ranchi Railway Station in Nivaranpur. Now only the cable stay bridge has to be built over the railway track.
Work will start in a week
The plan is to start the work of the cable stay bridge over the railway track in a week. For this, the company officials have contacted the railway officials. Time has been sought from them. Work will be started soon after taking permission.
